Mirko is a true Deutsch Drahthaar and was imported by us in 2002 from his homeland, Germany. He was released from quarantine in September 2002.

A classic black and white, Mirko was the top stud dog in Germany in 2001 and 2002 and gained the highest ever recorded VGP Hunt Score - 343pts Preiz 1 (gaining a maximum score in 38 of the 40 tests). This has only been beaten by his son, the excellent Nimrods Buschman (352 pts).

We were delighted to be entrusted with such a historic dog by the VDD to improve our lines abilities still further.

His qualities have already been recognised in the UK Show ring with;
